This is a Director level position with the primary responsibility to provide direction and assistance to parishes, schools, and parish/school related organizations with financial matters, including: budgeting, reporting, maintaining strong internal financial controls and compliance with State and Federal Laws and with the Diocesan Finance Manual, deposits and loans, and other matters related to parishes and schools. Qualifications include: Masters in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant Preferred; 10+ years of equivalent business experience; Strong computer skills and proficient knowledge in computerized accounting systems; Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all individuals in the Diocese. The candidate must be a Catholic in good standing.
