Frank Napolitano is the Director of Risk Management and Insurance Services for the Archdiocese of New York where he manages an insurance program that provides property and casualty insurance to the 700 plan participants and 1900 properties operating within the Archdiocese. He began his career with the Archdiocese in 1998 as an Associate General Counsel in the Archdiocesan Office of Legal Affairs. Prior to holding his current position, Frank was the Director of Parish Finance for the Archdiocese from 2010 to 2016. Before joining the Archdiocese, he was a litigation attorney at the law firm of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman in New York City.
Frank holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice law before the federal and state courts in New York and Connecticut and before the United States Supreme Court. He is also a Knight Commander in the Order of the Holy Sepulchre.
