Jerry Amsler is the Director of Parish Services for the Archdiocese of Saint Louis. In his current role, he is responsible for the Parish Support of 181 parishes and 90+ schools as well as overseeing the Shared Accounting Services for 122 of those parishes who have entrusted the Archdiocese in managing all aspects of the accounting functions.
Prior to joining the Archdiocese of Saint Louis in 2015, Jerry has held Financial and Operational corporate positions over 17 years which has taken him to Munich, Germany and Toyko, Japan for extended assignments. In addition, he has owned 2 franchisees (Jimmy John’s and Jamba Juice) over a nine (9) year period.
Jerry has served on multiple boards/committees including the Ronald McDonald House, MDA, & Webster University and also is the Founder/President of the Barry Sheets Charitable Foundation. He also enjoys spending his free time as an adjunct professor at St. Louis University in the MBA Program teaching financial analysis.
Jerry resides in St. Louis, MO with his wife Janice and they have 2 college aged children (Jerry Jr.at the University of Tulsa and their little princess Victoria at the University of Missouri).
