The DFMC has many services we offer to you.

  • Coordination and planning of the annual conference.
  • Printing and mailing all conference materials including preliminary and final programs, liturgy book, membership directory and all name badges.
  • Processing all conference registration.
  • On site management of annual conference.
  • Represent DFMC to conference exhibitors and plan their participation in the annual conference. With local site person, obtain sponsors for events at the annual conference.
  • Quarterly publication of The Herald.
  • Act as clearinghouse for exchange of information among members.
  • Keep all annual membership records.
  • Provide 800 telephone service for member concerns.
  • Supervise and coordinate work of National Office staff.
  • Work with the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors to facilitate the December Executive Committee meeting and the January Board of Directors meeting.
  • Represent DFMC at selected other national association meetings.
  • Develop budgets and maintain financial and historical records.
  • Work with DFMC Audit Committee to complete annual audit of all financial records.
  • Assist the Communications Committee in annual elections.
